About the role

This Manager role oversees the daily operations of the Department of Executive Management & Fashion within the National Training & Productivity Centre. The department delivers Human Resources Management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Business Communications, Real Estate, Training of Trainers modules, and Executive Management & Leadership Training to Fiji's industries and people. The role also involves managing Aptitude Testing and Occupational Assessment services nationwide, leading consultancy work on HR Recruitment models, and overseeing the Fashion and Design Training Unit & Incubation Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the Department of Executive Management & Fashion
• Deliver Human Resources Management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, and Business Communications training
• Provide Real Estate and Training of Trainers modules to industries and people of Fiji
• Manage Aptitude Testing and Occupational Assessment services across the country
• Conduct consultancy work regarding HR Recruitment models and processes
• Manage the Fashion and Design Training Unit & Incubation Centre

About the successful candidate

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, management, or relevant field
• Completion of Training of Trainers Module I–IV or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• 10 years of industry experience including teaching, training, and consultancy work
• Post-graduate qualification in economics, business, management, or relevant field (desirable)
