POSITION SUMMARY The Finance Executive (Income Audit) is responsible for verifying and auditing all financial transactions in the hotel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies. This role involves daily revenue auditing, preparing financial reports, and identifying any discrepancies or irregularities. KEY RESPONSIBILITES 1. Daily Revenue Audit: Verify and post daily revenue from various hotel outlets (rooms, food and beverage, events, etc.). Reconcile daily receipts and payments with the hotel’s Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS). Attend to any ad hoc task which is assigned, due to the business needs. Ensure all revenue is accurately recorded in the financial system. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare daily revenue reports for management review. Generate monthly financial statements and reports as required. Assist in preparing in any ad hoc report which is requested by management. 3. Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and investigate discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions. Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues and ensure accurate financial reporting. 4. Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and accounting standards. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and revenue. Work with Compliance Associate and Manager to understand Hotel’s/Resort’s ISRA & CSAT Audit Controls specific to Income Audit. Assist in internal and external audits. 5.
