About the role
About Us Tour Managers (Fiji) Pte Limited is a leading inbound tour operator based in Nadi, with its head office in Votualevu. As part of Kimaya Fiji, the group also includes Paradise Bride Fiji, specialising in weddings and events, and three premier resorts: Yatule Resort & Spa, Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa, and Landers Bay Resort & Spa. Applications are invited from a qualified and experienced candidate for the above-mentioned position based at the Head Office, Votualevu, Nadi. Requirement: Applicants for this position must have: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and statutory reporting. Advanced Working knowledge of MYOB (essential). Proven experience in audit coordination, budgeting, and financial analysis Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and pro-actively with minimum supervision and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage and oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns and other regulatory & statutory filings. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal company policies.
