About Us Tour Managers (Fiji) Pte Limited is a leading inbound tour operator based in Nadi, with its head office in Votualevu. As part of Kimaya Fiji, the group also includes Paradise Bride Fiji, specialising in weddings and events, and three premier resorts: Yatule Resort & Spa, Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa, and Landers Bay Resort & Spa. Applications are invited from a qualified and experienced candidate for the above-mentioned position based at the Head Office, Votualevu, Nadi. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be required to: Assist in coordinating transportation schedules. Monitor fleet & driver’s movements and manage fuel usage. Manage late or last-minute customer booking ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Requirements: The successful candidate for this position must have: Tertiary level qualification in Management/ Operations related studies. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or related field. Must be computer literate and fluent in verbal /written English language. Valid and clean driving license. Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision. Must have operations and fleet management skills with experience. Ability to work independently, pro-actively and meet deadlines.
