About the role
This role sits within a growing and evolving Clients & Markets (C&M) support team based in Fiji, working closely with onshore stakeholders across the COO Office, Brand & Marketing, and Markets teams. It provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support and reports operationally to the Fiji-based team member, while also contributing to broader transformation initiatives within the C&M function. The position involves developing strong working knowledge of C&M processes, tools and systems, including CRM and reporting platforms. It also requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach to stakeholder support, process improvement, and collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across C&M workstreams to meet deadlines
- Manage and prioritise stakeholder requests from the COO Office, Brand & Marketing, and Markets teams
- Track tasks and deliverables, keeping stakeholders updated on progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Identify and escalate or resolve issues, risks, and inefficiencies
- Take ownership of processes and administrative tasks, ensuring accountability and improvement
- Support knowledge sharing by documenting processes, templates and ways of working
- Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes, using technology to enhance collaboration and reporting
