About the role
Key responsibilities of this role include: • Serving as the primary liaison for people management, resolving resourcing challenges, and representing the function across teams. • Implementing and managing performance systems aligned with the firm's objectives. • Analysing and presenting data-driven insights using software tools to support informed decision-making. • Driving productivity and innovation by maintaining utilisation targets and introducing process improvements and integrated client solutions. • Acting as the key link between local team leaders and Australian managers, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and support. • Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering professional development while ensuring compliance with independence requirements and firm standards. • Supporting local and Australian managers with people management and wellbeing initiatives, helping to identify challenges early and promote a positive team environment. • A degree in Accounting, Business, or Administration, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and positive approach to building collaborative relationships. • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. • Analytical, adaptable, and confident in navigating complex challenges to deliver effective solutions. • Prior audit experience is an added advantage.
