About the role
This role is part of a growing Clients & Markets support team in Fiji, working closely with onshore stakeholders across the COO Office, Brand & Marketing, and Markets teams. It provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support, reporting operationally to the Fiji-based team member while contributing to broader transformation initiatives within the C&M function. The Team Administrator will help manage stakeholder requests, track deliverables, and maintain documentation to keep C&M workstreams running smoothly. Over time, the role also involves building knowledge of relevant systems and tools, supporting process improvements, and contributing to a connected, collaborative team environment across onshore and offshore locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across C&M workstreams to meet deadlines
- Manage and prioritise stakeholder requests from the COO Office, Brand & Marketing, and Markets teams
- Track tasks and deliverables, keeping stakeholders updated on progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Identify and escalate or resolve issues, risks, and inefficiencies
- Take ownership of processes and administrative tasks, ensuring accountability and improvement
- Document processes, templates, and ways of working to support knowledge sharing
- Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes, using technology to enhance collaboration and reporting
About the successful candidate
- Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, Clients & Markets processes, tools, and ways of working
- Working knowledge of relevant systems and tools such as CRM platforms, reporting tools, and collaboration tools
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset when supporting stakeholders and managing tasks
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas to improve processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore teams
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
