The Electrical Lead is responsible for ensuring reliable electrical support to meet daily production requirements and maintain smooth manufacturing operations. The role leads electrical maintenance planning and execution while ensuring safety, quality, and equipment reliability standards are met. It also drives continuous improvement, supports problem-solving at root cause, and develops the capability of the electrical team. Your key responsibilities will include: • Ensure all electrical services and support are provided to meet daily production requirements. • Develop and execute the maintenance plan for electrical components ensuring all tasks are completed and recorded. • Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem solving, Stop & Review support, and coaching the electrical team in Unified Problem Solving (6W2H) to build capability and achieve business objectives.
