If you're driven, hardworking, and results-oriented, our Marketing Global Graduate Programme will help you maximize your potential. The program aims to raise future leaders of the BAT Marketing Team. It's an 18-month fast-track to management level with unprecedented exposure explicitly geared for high-potential individuals. It helps you develop outstanding skills and a full understanding of the dynamic of the market you are operating in and how the Marketing Function works together with other departments to achieve outstanding business results. During structured rotations and accelerated career pathways, you will be immersed in stretch projects that challenge and excite you. You will gain a well-rounded and fulfilling learning experience and international exposure. Your key responsibilities will include: • Support National Sales and National Field team initiatives to drive market share and volume growth. • Analyze market data and drive insights to inform got to market strategies. • Assist in the execution of volume delivery and business growth initiatives. • Contribute to innovation projects and product launches. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade, and Finance.
