About the role
Lead high-impact strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution and measurable business results. • Develop and execute strategic plans that support long-term business priorities and operational excellence. • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and drive organizational change. • Lead, develop, and mentor the Continuous Improvement team, prioritizing work across multiple initiatives to maximize business impact and supporting travel and on-site work as needed. • Oversee the FIJI Water Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring effective project governance, portfolio management, and execution via Senior Manager of PMO. • Develop organizational Continuous Improvement capabilities through coaching, training, workshops, and leadership development. • Champion Lean, problem-solving, and change management methodologies to improve processes, eliminate waste, and build a culture of continuous improvement. • Lead cross-functional teams to investigate business challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable process improvements and best practices. • Establish standardized processes, performance measures, and management systems that improve operational effectiveness and scalability. • Build and maintain a network of cross-functional subject matter experts within and outside the FIJI Water organization.
