This pivotal role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective project delivery for Fiji Dynamix (FDX) Operations in Suva. As a Team Leader, you will support on-the-ground people management, provide coaching and constructive feedback, and champion a culture of teamwork and professional growth. This role combines technical expertise in the Audit space with people leadership, helping to guide and empower staff to achieve their full potential. A strong focus on work-life balance is an added benefit of being part of the team. This role is based at our Garden City office in Suva. Job Description Key responsibilities of this role include: • Serving as the primary liaison for people management, resolving resourcing challenges, and representing the function across teams. • Implementing and managing performance systems aligned with the firm's objectives. • Analysing and presenting data-driven insights using software tools to support informed decision-making. • Driving productivity and innovation by maintaining utilisation targets and introducing process improvements and integrated client solutions. • Acting as the key link between local team leaders and Australian managers, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and support. • Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering professional development while ensuring compliance with independence requirements and firm standards.
