Job Description We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Operational Resilience team. This role supports the delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of the firm’s Operational Resilience Program and associated Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering defined workstreams, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the development and embedding of operational resilience capabilities across the firm. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities may include but not be limited to: • Deliver assigned operational resilience initiatives and support implementation of frameworks, policies, and plans. • Conduct and support Business Impact Analysis (BIA), resilience reviews, and risk assessments. • Capture, maintain, and ensure accuracy of operational resilience data, records, and outputs within approved platforms and tools.
