Job Description We are currently seeking a People & Culture Intern to join our vibrant team. As a People & Culture Intern, you infuse our vibrant P&C team with a unique blend of enthusiasm, a solution-driven approach, and a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences and organizational growth. • Supports the smooth running of the People & Culture Department by assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks as directed by the team. • Assists the People & Culture team in providing a positive and responsive service to team members, helping with general enquiries and directing matters to the appropriate team member when required. • Completes assigned duties and tasks in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, seeking guidance and support where needed. • Supports departmental plans, activities, projects, and hotel initiatives by assisting with coordination, preparation, communication, and follow-up tasks. • Assists with maintaining People & Culture records, documentation, filing, databases, supplies, and other administrative requirements to support the efficient operation of the department.
