Your dynamic approach and dedication help safeguard the financial health of every plate, pour and purchase. • Supports the smooth running of Food & Beverage control, ensuring effective, efficient management of receiving, storing and issuing processes across the department. • Works proactively with outlet and department managers to analyze food and beverage costs, providing timely, accurate reporting that informs sound business decisions. • Oversees stock control across stores, kitchens and bars; including regular stock counts, par level management and secure storage of high-value items. • Contributes to food and beverage profitability through menu costing, market price surveys, wastage monitoring and analysis of discounting impacts on cost of goods sold.
