Job Description Important Notes: • This role is a Pacific Island based role in Fiji. • The Hotel Manager reports into the General Manager and serves as the second-in-charge in his absence. As the Hotel Manager at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results. • Our hotel management team are industry experts and recognized leaders with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload, and who strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation; creating memorable moments for our guests. • Enjoy the challenge of running our show. It's what makes your heartbeat faster! • You will ensure the smooth running of the hotel, manage all areas of the business operation and deliver guest service to the highest levels. • You will work proactively with Heads of Department and key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, bringing a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. • You will be overall responsible for the daily operations of the resort, leading Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to deliver operational excellence. • You will assist the General Manager in all key property matters, including capital projects, guest experience initiatives, refurbishment projects and continuous operational improvement.
