Your commitment to precision, strategic financial planning, and effective team collaboration elevates our financial operations to new heights. • Supports the efficient operation of the Finance department by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of daily revenue auditing processes across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other operating departments. • Performs daily audits and reconciliations of hotel revenue, verifying room, F&B, concession, and miscellaneous income to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and supported in accordance with hotel policies and accounting standards. • Investigates and resolves revenue discrepancies, including room charges, housekeeping variances, rebates, paid-outs, voids, discounts, dummy folios, missing checks, and other exceptions, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation are maintained. • Verifies that complimentary, house use, entertainment, and management transactions are properly authorized, tracked, and reported in compliance with hotel policies and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) requirements where applicable.
