We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Key Accounts Manager to be based at our Nadi Office . Core Responsibilities: • Drive new revenue for post-paid through new client acquisitions and development of existing customer base to achieve personal sales targets. • Implementing strategic corporate sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. • Ensure client expectations are met through delivering Post-paid services as per contract. • End to end client management for new and existing clients and building strong client relationships to ultimately meet and exceed customer needs. • Proactively visiting all assigned GSM customers and obtaining regular feedback regarding the services we provide and providing recommendations to the business for improvements. • Ensure accurate data entered in Salesforce for all clients’ contracts including new sales, add-ons and upgraded revenue. • Ensure that daily, weekly & monthly sales reporting is accurate, collated and forwarded to your reporting manager. • Work with the Corporate Sales Manager to ensure timely submission of Tender & proposals for all New Sales. • Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge on Digicel post-paid products.
