About the role

The Marketing Executive will join the Fiji Marketing Team at the Nabua office, reporting to the Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for creating and delivering innovative, highly effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration and conversion for Digicel Fiji. It covers seamless campaign execution, content production, event logistics, administrative procurement and stakeholder management across Digital, social media, Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line channels. The position also involves managing media contracts, campaign budgets, purchase orders and petty cash, as well as conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across Digital, social media, Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line channels.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaign launches within set timeframes and assist in developing and implementing the broader marketing communications plan.
  • Develop, present, and implement creative marketing ideas and strategies to support commercial goals.
  • Assist with the production of promotional artwork, social media content, press releases, TV and radio commercials.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of physical marketing materials, including point-of-sale collateral, exhibition setups and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate public relations activities and press announcements in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute ground activations, corporate events, sponsorships and promotional build-ups.
  • Manage media contracts, day-to-day marketing purchases and campaign expenses, including vendor quotations, purchase orders and petty cash reconciliation.

About the successful candidate

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar marketing or campaign execution role.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign launches and event execution.
  • Possession of a valid Group 2 Driver's License is highly advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
