About the role
This is an 18-month structured development program for recent graduates, offering practical exposure across various areas of banking and financial services. Participants will gain hands-on experience on impactful projects, working alongside experienced leaders and industry professionals. The program includes professional development, leadership training, and mentorship from experienced banking professionals, along with exposure to diverse career pathways within banking.
About the successful candidate
- Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification within the last two years, or in final year of study
- Studying or qualified in Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in Fiji
