About the role
As Manager BCM - Pacific, you will strengthen risk governance, controls monitoring and data governance across Pacific Banking. The role is based in Fiji and supports both Fiji and PNG operations. You will coordinate Pacific risk governance reporting and represent Pacific in key risk forums, while helping the business deliver Group and Division risk activities. The position also involves supporting change risk, data management and records management initiatives, working closely with country BCM teams and Group stakeholders to build capability and drive practical outcomes.

About the successful candidate
- Solid operational risk, BCM, risk or compliance experience
- Confidence working across multiple teams and priorities
- Strong understanding of risk management, controls management and data governance principles
- Experience preparing risk governance papers, reporting and senior stakeholder updates
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Experience supporting risk, change, data or records management activities
- Strong analytical, facilitation and problem-solving capability
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across Fiji, PNG and Group stakeholders
