About the role

This is a six-month professional attachment within the People, Culture & Learning (PCL) Department, working under the guidance of the Manager PCL. The attachment offers exposure to recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, HR administration, and organisational culture initiatives within a professional healthcare environment. The attaché will work closely with the PCL Team, with duties and learning opportunities aligned to their level of study, capability, and development objectives. It is intended for someone completing their final program of study or a recent graduate seeking practical workplace exposure in People & Culture and Learning & Development.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the PCL Team with general departmental activities.
  • Assist with administration and coordination tasks.
  • Handle documentation as assigned.
  • Take part in other learning opportunities as assigned.

About the successful candidate

  • Final-year studies or a recent graduate.
  • A qualification or studies in HR, Business, Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • An interest in People & Culture and Learning & Development.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
