About the role
This role sits within the Food and Beverage team at the resort, supporting restaurant service periods and the overall guest dining experience. The assistant tends to guests during service, aiming to exceed expectations and deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience. Day-to-day duties include maintaining outlet cleanliness, completing daily checklists with attention to detail, and handling general guest enquiries. The role also supports the wider Food and Beverage team with general operational tasks and focuses on building relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service to encourage future bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations
- Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences tailored to guests' requirements
- Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
