About the role
The Multi-Outlet Operations Manager leads the day-to-day running of several Food & Beverage outlets across the resort, covering restaurants, bars, lounges and other venues. The role carries responsibility for guest experience, financial performance, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery of brand and service standards across all assigned outlets. It involves direct leadership of Outlet Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and associates, while working closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Events, Finance and Human Resources to coordinate service, staffing, promotions and cost control. The position also covers monitoring of outlet revenue and expenses, food safety and hygiene compliance, and workplace safety and risk management across all venues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality service delivery across all venues.
- Provide operational leadership and support to Outlet Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and associates.
- Ensure all outlets are appropriately prepared, staffed, and equipped to meet anticipated business levels and guest expectations.
- Conduct regular operational walkthroughs and inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, service readiness, and compliance with established standards.
- Monitor daily revenue performance, covers, average spend, labor costs, cost of sales, and other key operational indicators.
- Support the development and execution of Food & Beverage promotions, seasonal offerings, special events, and dining experiences.
- Ensure all assigned outlets comply with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health requirements.
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety, loss prevention, responsible alcohol service, and accident prevention procedures.
About the successful candidate
- Able to lead, coach, motivate, and support Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and Food & Beverage associates to achieve operational and departmental goals.
- Comfortable monitoring daily revenue, labor costs, cost of sales, and other financial indicators against budget and forecast.
- Experienced in coordinating across Culinary, Stewarding, Events, Finance, and Human Resources to drive service excellence.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to guest service.
- Able to maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and respond to audit or inspection findings.
- Capable of maintaining workplace safety, loss prevention, and responsible alcohol service procedures across outlets.
