About the role
This Chief Financial Officer role sits on the Board and Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer as a trusted strategic partner. The CFO leads Finance across all three properties, bringing together financial strategy, performance, planning, investment, governance and risk to strengthen resilience and support informed decision-making. The role calls for a leader who can operate confidently in the Boardroom while staying connected to day-to-day business operations, helping shape the Group's continued success and long-term direction.
