About the role
This Accounts Officer position is based at the Head Office in Votualevu, Nadi. The role focuses on day-to-day financial transaction processing, invoice handling, vendor relationship management, and account reconciliation. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply alongside experienced candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming invoices.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any payment issues.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accurate and timely processing of day-to-day financial transactions.
About the successful candidate
- Diploma in Accounting or related qualification.
- At least 2-3 years' work experience in a similar or related field.
- Excellent numerical skills and knowledge with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have a can do attitude and be a team player.
- Knowledge in MYOB will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver's license will be an advantage.
