Key responsibilities

  • Work with sector teams to integrate localisation considerations into planning, design and delivery processes
  • Facilitate linkages between localisation and other cross-cutting priorities (GEDSI, climate, safeguarding)
  • Support development and maintenance of systems to track localisation efforts across the Platform
  • Collect and consolidate data on localisation activities for Annual Work Plans, 6-monthly progress reports and other reports
  • Assist in facilitating engagement of local actors (government, CSOs, private sector) in program activities
  • Provide administrative, logistical and coordination support for localisation-related deliverables and broader CCP Hub activities during high-volume periods
  • Document and share good practice, lessons learned, and case studies across the Platform

About the successful candidate

  • Experience in program monitoring, reporting, and data management
  • Experience contributing to program documentation or communications outputs with a cross-cutting lens
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships, with strong administrative and organisational capability
  • Commitment to working in a collaborative and adaptive manner, with self-reflection and self-awareness of power dynamics when engaging diverse stakeholders
