Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP) Locally Engaged Personnel - commencing January 2027; 1-year contract with possible 2 years extension Reserved for Fiji Nationals only Based in Suva, Fiji Reporting to Communications & Public Diplomacy Manager Other PLC Hub Team FPSP Senior Leadership Team Sector Program Teams Australian High Commission representatives Selection Criteria: Qualifications A diploma or higher qualification in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications or a related field with 5 yrs of relevant experience or equivalent 8-10yrs of relevant professional experience supported by a strong portfolio of work. Skills and Experience At least five years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production, visual storytelling or digital content creation, supported by a strong portfolio. Demonstrated ability to independently plan and deliver video, photography and graphic design assignments from brief through to final production. Strong practical skills in filming, photography, interviewing, audio recording, lighting and video editing. Proficiency in relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or equivalent professional software, with the ability to work within the Platform’s established production workflows. Experience operating drones safely and managing relevant permissions and approvals. Experience producing engaging content for social media and other digital channels, including short-form portrait video, subtitles and accessible visual content.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Work with the sectoral teams and communications focal points to proactively identify opportunities for digital content creation and enhanced visual storytelling.
- Design and develop visual content such as infographics, social media assets, brochures, reports, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite or other appropriate software.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography at events, field visits, and stakeholder engagements across FPSP programs.
