The Board of Trustees provides governance oversight, strategic direction, financial stewardship, and legal accountability for femLINKpacific. Trustees work alongside the Executive Director to guide the organisation's strategic plan and feminist vision, and support and evaluate the Executive Director's performance. The term runs 2 to 3 years, renewable under the organisation's constitution, with quarterly hybrid board meetings and an annual general meeting. • Ensure compliance with organisational statutes, national legislation, donor agreements, and financial controls.

  • Knowledge of community broadcasting, digital media strategies, ICT, or data governance.
  • Experience in executive leadership, organisational strategy, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), or human resources.
  • High integrity and absence of conflicting personal or business interests.
  • Deep commitment to feminist principles and human rights.
