About the role
This Retail Sales Executive position is based at the Ba store and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales performance. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products to complete sales. It also carries responsibility for store presentation, stock levels, and staying current on promotions and marketing activities to support the branch's sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome and greet customers and ascertain their needs and wants to successfully complete a sale.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisement and assist the branch in marketing plans.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Assist the branch in achieving daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits.
About the successful candidate
- Must be a Fijian citizen.
- Highly organised, motivated and confident.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality with utmost professionalism.
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in a vernacular language desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical products and hardware would be an added advantage.
