Driver/ Mobile Technician We are seeking to hire highly a motivated individual as a Driver/ Mobile Technician to be based in Nadi reporting to the Regional Consumer Sales Manager. The role will be responsible for transporting equipment and/or personnel to various job sites, while also performing basic technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on-site. Core Responsibilities: • Accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting, unlocking and repairing devices and provide recommendations for problem resolution. • Advising customers on repair actions and replacement estimates. • Provide timely phone unlocking advice to all customers, DS Reps, Team Leaders, and any other Digicel Staff as required to meet sales targets. • Submit weekly reports on total number of phones unlocked. • Implement unlocking operational plans with minimum cost or within budgetary allocation for the same. • Safely transport tools, equipment, and technicians to various locations. • Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition. • Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records. • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company transportation policies.
