Marketing Coordinator We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Marketing Coordinator to be based at our Nabua Office . The role reports to the Marketing Manger and as the Marketing Coordinator , you will be responsible in executing our brand campaigns, managing retail and outdoor collateral, driving corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and ensuring seamless administrative operations within the marketing department. You will collaborate closely with internal commercial teams, media partners, suppliers and vendors to deliver high impact brand presence across Fiji. Core Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Brand Rollout • Assist in rolling out strategic marketing campaigns. • Support the production of print collateral, including leaflets, flyers, and posters. • Coordinate outdoor advertising and reseller branding activities, including monthly reseller branding initiatives. Roadshow & Thematic Event Support • Coordinate on ground setup and logistics for regional roadshows, store openings, and community activations. • Support visual merchandising and thematic commercial campaigns. • Deliver engaging and impactful brand experiences. Financial & Administrative Management • Oversee marketing purchases and expense management.
