About the role
This is a contract Graduate Trainee Program running for 12 to 18 months, based in Suva. Trainees rotate through different departments, including Network Operations, Frontline, Finance, Administration and the Business Markets Team, with each rotation lasting approximately three months. Each graduate trainee is paired with a mentor for guidance and support, works on real projects tied to company goals, receives hands-on training from industry experts, and gets regular performance feedback. At the conclusion of the program, successful participants will be positioned to grow within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate across departments such as Network Operations, Frontline, Finance, Administration and Business Markets Team, roughly three months per rotation
- Work on real projects that contribute to the company's goals
- Engage with a mentor for guidance and support throughout the program
- Participate in hands-on training delivered by industry experts
- Receive regular performance feedback to identify areas for improvement
About the successful candidate
- In final semester of a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Information Systems, Networking, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Marketing, ICT or a similar discipline
