What your link does
- Opens Employers so they can post Vacancies in Fiji, including Hotel Jobs in Fiji, Jobs in Suva, and Jobs in Nadi.
- Carries your own short code, a Fijian word and three characters, like BULA7K2. Short enough to read down a phone or write on the back of a card.
- Earns you 20% when that employer buys Solo, Momentum or Dominate, and 20% of everything they buy after that, for as long as they keep buying.
How it works
From signup to payout
Name, email, mobile, and how you want to get paid. You never pay to join.
Your code and link are on screen the moment you join, and we email them to you as well. Your code is a Fijian word plus three characters, like BULA7K2.
Clicks, referred employers, earnings and payment status sit on your dashboard. Your commission is owed as soon as the employer’s payment reaches us, and we transfer it by hand within 30 days.
What counts as a referral?
A referral counts when someone clicks your link and then buys. Not when you tell them about us, not when you send the link, not when they mention your name. The click is what we can see, and it is the only thing we can prove.
So do not just mention us. Send the link, make sure they use it, and if a while has passed before they are ready to buy, send it again. A resent link is the difference between earning nothing and earning from that employer for years.
How much do I earn?
20% of everything that employer ever buys, for as long as they keep buying. A single sponsored post is FJD 90 and earns you FJD 18. Momentum is FJD 4,000 and earns you FJD 800. Dominate is FJD 7,000 and earns you FJD 1,400.

How long do I have?
90 days from the moment an employer clicks your link. If they buy in that time, that employer is yours for life. If 90 days pass with no purchase you have not lost them permanently: get them to click your link again and a fresh 90 days begins.
When do I not get paid?
If you told them about us and they signed up without ever clicking your link. If they clicked 100 days ago, never clicked again, and bought today. If another partner's click was the live one when they bought.
An employer can only ever have one referring partner. Once they have bought through your link nobody else can claim them, and we will never move them to someone else.
When do I get paid?
Your commission is owed the moment the employer's payment reaches us. There is no threshold and no minimum, so an FJD 18 payout is paid as an FJD 18 payout. We make the transfer by hand, to your M-PAiSA, MyCash or bank account, within 30 days of receiving that payment.
If the employer later refunds or charges back, the commission on that purchase is reversed. Commission follows money that stays.

Joining as a partner does not create a FijiCareers.com login. Create an account using the same email address you joined with, and your dashboard will find your partner record. Your link works straight away either way, so you can start sharing before you get to this.

Search Jobs in Fiji for seekers. Send employers to Employers with your link. Seeker sign-ups are not paid here unless we later write that down.
Do I pay to join?
No. If someone asks you to pay to become a partner, that is not us.
